Cheryl first qualified as a massage therapist in 2000 and has continued to add to her bodywork skills and experience. She qualified with a distinction in advanced clinical and sports massage in 2016. She treats clients of all ages and backgrounds and offers bespoke holistic treatments aimed at helping her clients back to pain-free and stress-free living.
Cheryl specialises in treating chronic pain and repetitive strain symptoms. She also addresses such symptoms as headaches, neck, shoulder and back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, sports or work-related injuries, as well as posture, flexibility and performance issues. Her clinical massage skills may also be helpful for managing systemic conditions such Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease.
