Our best selling organic oil free cleanser gently removes even the most resistant waterproof make-up. It conditions your lashes while hydrating and protecting the delicate eye area. A blend of nurturing damask rose, antioxidant-rich white tea and cooling aloe vera, creates this calming infusion.

Fantastic! By Elizabeth from Hertfordshire on 06/03/2019: 5 stars; It's absolutely fantastic. Finally an eye make-up remover that works! It takes eye make-up off so easily - I usually wear mascara and both liquid and pencil eyeliner - no rubbing or smudging it around my face, just gentle wiped away. I also suffer from eczema flare ups on my eyelids and have super sensitive eyes so I was rather nervous about trying another new product to just be disappointed or to have my eyes sting like crazy but this product is so gentle and it doesn't sting one bit. Fantastic!!

Good for eczema prone skin By Lilly from Deal, Kent on 15/01/2019: 5 stars; I suffer from eczema around my eyes. Most of the time, through using prescription moisturiser (Zero-base) I am free from dryness on my face and eyes, but I do still get redness, especially on and around my eyelids. If I decide to wear make-up (I recommend Bare minerals), taking it off can often be what triggers a flare up of redness and sensitivity. However, when I take my eye make-up off using this product, the delicate skin on and around my eyes is left feeling calm and clean. This product feels gentle, it doesn't sting, it doesn't feel oily and it doesn't dry out my skin. With very gentle movements and using ORGANIC cotton pads, a small amount of this remover will clear my eyes of every trace of make-up while calming the skin and preventing irritation. The fact that a little goes a long way is also very helpful with this as you really only need to move the cotton pad very gently over the eyelashes to remove heavy mascara (I strongly recommend bare minerals for sensitive eyes). I should mention though, when the redness and sensitivity/soreness on my eyes has been particularly bad in the past, this product has given my skin a slight sting. But this being said, when eczema is especially bad make-up should not really be worn in the first place and stuff that usually helps can actually hurt. I would recommend not only purchasing a good eye make-up remover (like this one) if you have sensitive skin, but also taking a long hard look at what mascara you are using. If you are wearing a cheap/bad mascara you will have to work extra hard to take it off - that means lot of rubbing with cotton pads! Not good for sensitive skin!

I use a wet cotton pad and add a small amount of the product. I have found it removes waterproof mascara with no problem. I wish i could buy it in a bigger bottle though.

Amazing By Catbug76 from Bucks on 19/06/2018: 5 stars; I wanted something gentle but also to get rid of eye make up, this little bottle definitely delivers, you don’t need an awful lot and it really does take away mascara and creamy eyeshadow. Eyes don’t feel tight either. I look forward to removing my make up at the end of the day now.

It feels and smells so gentle but is incredibly effective at removing my mascara, better than Nivea that I used previously. I'm gradually replacing all my beauty products with natural alternatives to reduce my exposure to harsh chemicals and am so impressed with all the neals yard I have tried so far. Totally worth the price tag if this is important to you. It's best to hold it on your eyelid for a few seconds before wiping away to really get everything off. Will not buy anything else now, a great find.

The best, not just for eyes By E from London on 10/09/2017: 5 stars; I can't live without this. I use this on my whole face like a micellar cleansing water to remove my makeup. I have incredibly reactive skin with most products causing me to break out with cystic acne, and I find foaming face washes leave my skin too dry.. whist the oils in creamy cleansers make me breakout. This is my grail and leaves my skin perfectly soft and not irritated ! I wish it came in a larger size too

I did shudder at first to pay £11 for such a small bottle but you do not need to use too much to get your mascara off. rnrnI have found many other eye make-up remover products give me dry skin on my eyelids and this gently wipes away eye make-up and mascara without any problem, and no irritation at all.

I love the fact that it does not have any nasty chemicals to strip away the eye area. rnOnly thing I would say is it doesn't quite remove waterproof mascara's but I don't tend to wear WP make up so I am very happy with the job that it does do in removing my make-up. Best I've tried By Kerry from Cornwall on 13/10/2015: 5 stars; I've recently started using ethical brands for my cosmetics so walking past Neal's yard made me really curious. I went in and it smelled divine and the staff were really friendly. They made a sample pot of the makeup remover and it works better than any makeup remover I tried to get rid of all my eye make up. No waking up with smudgy eyeliner that I thought I'd got rid of. Definitely worth buying.

First I was very sceptical as when I tried it in a shop the consintency seemed so gentle that I was worried it wouldn't remove makeup without excessively rubbing my eyes. To my surprise it worked wonderfully, being so gentle for the eyes, not greasy like some oil-based eye-makeup removers tend to be (I had some tiny cysts forming beore when using these oil-based products. Plus it smells divine, which helps when you may sometimes be a bit lazy to remove the mascara before going to bed, it's a real treat before going to sleep!

Fabulous Eye Make-Up Remover! I find if you hold a cotton wool pad against your eye splashed with Eye Make-Up Remover for a couple of seconds then gently wipe the closed eye area, the mascara is removed easily.
