Amazing!

Takes off all makeup, refreshing and doesn’t give me any spots. You don’t need a lot of it either :)

This is so soothing and cooling, and brilliantly quick just to freshen up and for the mornings. A new staple for me

Love this product

5

Absolutely love this product, I have sensitive acne prone (hormonal) skin and this has been revolutionary. It has plumped and soothed my skin like no other product I have tried.  Unlike other reviews I really like the consistency and would consider it to between that of a cleanser and toner.  There is a slight medicinal  smell which disappears within seconds - a brilliant cleanser. Thank you NYR.

Gloopy and weird

1

A bottle of this cleanser arrived as a bonus with another order, and I have to say, it's a very weird thing, which I won't be using again. Certainly a lot heavier than a toner, never mind it being 'light as water'. Designed to be applied with a cotton pad as a cleanser (I think) the gloopy, viscous consistency means it doesn't quite soak into a pad, and most of it dribbles down the bottle. It wouldn't quite sweep over the skin - but likewise, it was very difficult to 'sweep' it off too. I really can't describe the odd texture and feel of the product - it was neither on my skin, nor quite satisfactorily removed. Not did it leave my skin feeling as if impurities etc had been cleansed. Tried it twice now, and have chucked it down the sink. Definitely not for me

Lovely

Lovely but I’d prefer a different cap to stop so much product coming out on to the cotton pad at once

Nice cleanser but not for removing makeup

2

I opted for this micellar cleanser as a natural alternative to my usual Garnier micellar water that I use to remove makeup. But unfortunately it doesn't do the job. Even when using more of the product it wouldn't take off my eye makeup or foundation that well at all. However, it is a nice cleanser to use if you just want to cleanse your skin without makeup, so depends what you're after!

Excellent make-up remover

5

So refreshing, I use at night to remove my make up and leaves my skin feeling tight, clean and fresh. Very effective and fast when removing eye make-up leaving my eye area moisturised. Other brands dry out this area I find. My skin gets irritated easily with synthetic chemical laden brands, I have had no issues or irritations with this. Highly recommend. A whole bottle lasts me about 2 months. A little goes a long way.

Brilliant for dry skin!

4

A saviour for my dry skin as a second cleanser. I was sceptical at first, but got it as a freebie, so wanted to give it a try. It's true to its purpose and my skin looked radiant! Will definitely buy at my next NY haul. My only reservation though, is the weird smell once it sets in. But otherwise a brilliant product!

Please do a product without Sodium Benzoate

1

I love the Neal's Yard products I am able to use (fragrance free ones). I was excited to see a range for sensitive skin .... but I am allergic to sodium benzoate. Apparently I am not alone - as more and more companies use it, dermatologists are finding more and more people with an allergy to it. Just a suggestion! *customer happy not to publish*

Gentle on skin

Gentle on my sensitive skin but I prefer to massage my face with a cleanser and remove with cotton wool
