I have very painful joints affected by Osteoarthritis. I researched alternative remedies and found an article about Comfrey being the herbal remedy for aches, broken bones and pains. I’m concerned about taking so many painkillers and using topical ibuprofen. So far the results have been positive. I like to walk each day for an hour and today my knee, lower back and ankle are not giving me grief. Sometimes the pain can be so bad it makes you want to cry. So any relief is just so good. I’m using this product twice daily and I would recommend it to anyone with joint pain to give it a try.
