Sophisticated and stylish, the elegant bamboo Esta Aroma Diffuser brings a touch of aromatic eco-lux living to any room. The beautiful sustainably-sourced bamboo is cut by hand to allow maturing flowering strands to flourish. Creating a fine aromatherapy-infused mist, it's ideal to help counteract drying central heating.

Just add water and a few drops of your favourite essential oils and aromatherapy blends.

Measurements: 91mm (w) x 157mm (h), 100ml water capacity.

Warnings:

We advise you to empty and rinse the water tank of your diffuser and wipe it dry with a clean cloth every time you use a different type of essential oil. This is because essential oils, especially citrus oils*, may cause damage to the disc if left in the water tank. This type of damage is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. PLEASE NOTE: the manufacturer's warranty is 1 year from purchase date.

Unfortunately, this diffuser is not suitable for placement on furniture that is likely to be damaged by water moisture.

I purchased mine three years ago and have use it regularly since purchase. I make sure to clean and dry it after use and it's still working perfectly three years on. Diffuses a lovely fine mist and is powerful enough to use in a medium sized room. A lovely looking product with a clean, simplistic design.

Its not cheap at all but something I thought a worthy investment that I assumed would last me a long time. I bought it to have for the birth of my first child two years ago and have used it very seldomly only in winter mostly during cold and flu season. I just turned it on today and it diffuses for about 10 seconds and then turns itself off. It cost me £50 and now it's going to go into landfill, another bit of plastic waste! Stopped working suddenly after two uses By J Yang from Croydon on 24/09/2019: 1 stars; I bought this diffuser today. Used the product as instructed but suddenly it stopped working, turning both mister and lamp off. Water level was half full at the time and as I am new to this I thought, although unlikely that, it might be at the ‘sufficiently low’ water level so I topped it up with water. Restarted the product and after 1 min again it suddenly switched itself off. Having just read other reviews on here there must be some electronic issue with some lots of this product. Disappointed By Very disappointing from Tunbridge wells on 16/08/2019: 1 stars; I bought this a year ago and then suddenly it stopped working. I looked at recent reviews and can see so many people have had the same problem but Neal's yard seem to be doing nothing to put this right. They are obviously designed to only last a year. I will be complaining to Neal's yard about this but don't expect anything as they are fully aware of the problem. It has certainly put me off shopping there which is a shame as I have shopped there for years. Just another big Brand buying cheap products and selling them for a lot of money. Don’t Buy it !!! By Cathy from West Midlands on 11/08/2019: 1 stars; Don’t buy this !! Mine lasted 7 months and then stopped working and with research it seems this is a common problem . It’s an expensive diffuser and therefore not worth it . I took mine to the store hoping for an exchange but they told me as I no longer had the receipt they wouldn’t swap it! They even said you might not have bought it from here ... it’s got Neals Yard engraved on it ... where else would it have been from . Simply we have a dog and we got dog blind so we didn't realise the aroma as you walk into my front door, but now we don't have that problem as we get loads of compliments on how fresh it all is . Stylish and effective diffuser By Huha from Norfolk on 11/02/2019: 5 stars; I'm very happy with this diffuser. The on/off feature is useful as it prolongs the diffusing time. The 2 light settings are also pleasing. I have my diffuser on overnight, intermittently, with 7-8 drops of lavender - on the low light setting that turns off when the diffuser has emptied. This has aided my sleep during a stressful time. In the day I like to occasionally diffuse a Bourbon Geranium essential oil for an uplifting room scent. rnI've been lucky as my diffuser is nearly 2 years old now.rnA bit fiddly to clean, best done with ear buds - you can actually detach the most fiddly part to make things easier.

Pumps out musty smell despite being meticulously maintained By Kimmy from Glasgow on 08/02/2019: 1 stars; I received this diffuser as a gift about 4 months ago and for the last number of weeks, it pumps out a bad stale smelling aroma. I have seen others make similar comments so I'm not surprised this has happened but it really does ruin the product. There are small black marks on the inside of the chamber which cannot be wiped off so it appears mould is somehow staining the interior of the unit. When this diffuser is not in use, I remove the lid, empty any residual water and allow the unit to air dry. I was very careful about avoiding this problem as I saw a number of users complaining about it when I first read reviews after receiving the gift. Cosmetically the design didn't let us down, but its functionality and Neal's Yard have let us down. I initially chose this version as I felt it looks nicer than the colour changing plastic diffuser which my friend had, however how disappointed I was. Despite numerous top ups you can never really smell the scents put in unless you manually press the button a few times which defeats the object. I also went to change the water today and the plastic spout in the lid had mould around it so not wonder people are complaining of a damp smell as it obviously collects around this area which is hard to clean. Amazing Diffuser By Kay from London on 24/09/2018: 5 stars; This is an amazing diffuser - and believe me, I have tried a lot of them. Was unsure when I read the reviews about this product but as I have other madebyzen diffusers which have been going strong for a number of years, I thought I would try this one. I am happy with my purchase, I have used it during the night with Night time oil, as I have trouble sleeping. I have found that if I put it on the 30 second burst it actually lasts 8 hours until the morning. It does make a slight noise, but I find it comforting as it includes a slightly bubbling noise. I live on a main busy road, so it actually acts as white noise for me. I have cleaned and dried the diffuser immediately each morning, having read the other reviews regarding the damp smell. I have used it each night for about one month and so far I've had no problems. I would say the Oska gives off more mist, so if you require a diffuser for a bigger room that is probably the better purchase. I am very happy with both purchases.

I decided only to buy the pure Organic Lavender oil at first. First 5/6 times were fine and as I’d never used a second oil I didn’t have to clean out the insides. I always kept the water at the required level. Now I don’t use it at all as the lovely lemon scent turned into a chemically smell, definitely not relaxing. By this time I’d got rid of the receipt. Not up to standard. In fact substandard. It only worked well 5/6 times. Very sad. A waste of my Christmas vouchers. Initially loved By nawisb from Swansea on 07/02/2018: 2 stars; I have had mine for a few months. I initially loved it but now the diffuser creates a damp-ish smell when It's on. Gutted :(. Had a look online to see how I can get rid of the smell - suggestions include filing it with water with some white vinegar. Esta Diffuser By Alison Richards on 02/02/2018: 5 stars; I love my diffuser! I use it most days in the morning to get going and in the evening to wind down. I love it's gentle glow and that it can be used intermittently. It has become a firm favourite with all the family and we even ended up buying one for our 10 year old son, who took a real shine to it, especially at bed time. Most people who visit comment on the fragrances and it's lovely looks. I now have several friends who also have one after becoming envious!...From a recent survey.

Somewhat disapointed By Lu from Herts on 30/01/2018: 3 stars; I had high hopes for this diffuser according to the other reviews - the positives: It looks nice with the bamboo, and seems to work well. The negatives: I think the plastic top has a somewhat tacky look, and the light - despite having 2 brightness settings and being described as 'soft' - is not a relaxing glow, but more an orangey, artificial looking light which I don't find relaxing, even on the lowest setting. The buttons are not particularly clear - ie: press once for continual steam, twice for intermittant - it can be hard to remember how many times you have pressed it if you want to change in between settings. And lastly, no matter what steam setting you have it on, the aroma starts out powerfully at first, but soon dissipates to nothing, requiting you to 'top up' the essential oil, despite my using high quality oils not cheap ones. Overalll I am disappointed with this product, considering the high price. Amazing By Biagio from Canary Wharf on 11/08/2017: 5 stars; I popped into the Canary Wharf store to buy a present for a friend yesterday. Whilst making purchase I could smell the most amazing, refreshing and relaxing scents from the diffuser. Marco, the sale assistant had combined Ylang Ylang, Mandarin and Orange oil in the diffuser. I made a second purchase for the oils and this diffuser. I absolutely love it. It's light yet robust and looks great. I didn't take no time to use it last night coupled with the oils Marco used in store, I was very much relaxed and had the best sleep.
