Remove the cap and replace with a suitable pump for ease of use. Massage a small amount into wet hands, building up a gentle lather for 20 seconds, then rinse thoroughly.

My first delivery arrived and there was a tiny bit of leakage from one of the items. I let them know in case they needed to look at any aspect of operations and they weren’t only happy to hear but were keen to replace the item and a free replacement was sent out NEXT DAY.
