Latin name - Euphrasia spp.

Herbal Tinctures are an alcohol and water based preparation that are a traditional and convenient way to take herbal remedies. The herb is steeped in a mixture of alcohol and water for a period of time before pressing. All the benefits of the herb are captured in the tincture.

Dosage is normally between 1ml and 5ml added to a little water up to three times a day.

The best thing for hay fever eyes in our home

We’ve used Eyebright for a long time to soften the daily dust on eyes, and particularly for pollen season. My daughter used to carry a little bottle and a small cloth at school to keep her eyes pollen free during the day, and she still when it’s bad carries this as an adult. We like to keep stocked up and Neals Yard is the only place we would buy this.
