Excellent for hormone balance

I am so happy I found Neal's Yard tincture because it is great value and I am assured of the quality being from a trusted brand. Agnus Castus is something I take daily now to keep my hormones in balance and take the edge off the difficulties brought on by the menstrual cycle. It might not work for everyone but for me it has been a life changer.

Wouldn't be without it now

I found the tincture suits me and seems to be more efficacious than a pill for this herb. I know when I have run out and not had it for a week the frequency and intensity of hot flushes ramp up. I tried a different brand for a bit but found it was not so effective - maybe a lesser strength - anyhow I returned to Neal's Yard!

Quality product

Take the tincture for menopausal symptoms and they subside dramatically. Every now and then I try stopping usually when I run out, but I find symptoms return so I know it definitely works.
