I’ve very recently had major surgery on my foot and ankle and was recommended to use this on the effected area as soon as the surgical wounds healed up.
I have done as directed and it has certainly eased pain and discomfort; healed bruising and has provided a warmth when massaged in well.
Would recommend and would definitely use again myself if I ever have the misfortune of surgery again.
