It's thicker and creamier than I expected. It is lovely and gentle. A bit tricky to apply with cotton wool, you have to use your fingers; might be easier if it was in squeezy tube. Not your average cleanser, which may mean you need to adapt your habits. You only need a tiny bit because it is so creamy.
