Indian Head Massage is an ideal course if you are a therapist wishing to add to your Complementary Therapy skills or to start training in the Complementary Therapy field. This 2 day course is very hands on; no previous experience in massage is required. The Indian Head Massage routine works on the scalp, neck, back, shoulders, upper arms and face. The greatest benefit for the client is a deeper sleep, increase in energy levels and time out to relax. Upon successful completion students will receive a Complementary Medical Association certificate.

- Course includes lunch.

- Course over 2 seperate days (4th June & 11th June) with exam approx 12 weeks later

"Reusi Dat Ton" Thai Yoga Workshop with Thai Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher Clara Pelica.

Reusi Dat Ton, or Thai Yogi self-stretch exercises, are the basis of Thai Massage. Thousands of years ago during the time of Buddha, Reusi’s (or Hermits) lived in caves or monasteries and developed a self practice of massage to soothe and heal the body after many hours of meditation. In this workshop learn a brief history of Thai Massage, its benefits on the health of the body and mind, and 15 self-massage Thai Yogi exercises.

Reusi Dat Ton is a gentle, healing practice that can be done at home or just about anywhere requiring little space, no props or mats. Come learn to quiet the mind and release tension within the body. All you need to bring is yourself and a small towel to rest on.
