Time: 10am-4.30pm
Price: £ 60.00

This course is aimed at anyone who has an interest in Reflexology and would like to learn the basics. Not everyone likes their feet being worked on so the hands are an excellent alternative. It also means the treatment can be carried out anywhere for self help or for first aid purposes. It is a treatment that you can give yourself comfortably as well as suggesting simple techniques for others to work on themselves to aid stress, anxiety and pain. As you are working on the hands, it can be carried out for those who are bedridden and for anyone who is in a wheelchair. For beauty therapists, it makes giving a hand/arm massage more interesting.
