This is a pre-shampoo treatment, unlike other deep conditioning I have tried, and I liked this method. Melt it in your hands, spread through dry hair and scalp, leave it for an hour or so then shampoo out - I needed to shampoo twice. I got 4 treatments for my thick-ish long bob. A bigger pot might be an idea... Smells great, (I thought more of lavender than rosemary) and moisturised well. Coordinates very well with NYR lavender shampoo & conditioner.
