The Detox Sauna is a highly effective way of detoxifying and boosting the body’s overall health and wellbeing. Using Far Infra Red energy, only the outer layers of skin are warmed, to effectively draw out toxins.

We recommend regular 15 minute detox treatments, with a twice-yearly Extensive Detox Course for optimum results.

Individual Treatments
£10 for 15 minutes (allow 45 minutes for the complete treatment)
