At the root of my practice is the principle that all aspects of a human being are interconnected: the mental, emotional, physical aspects as well as the relation to the environment. Besides the pervasive benefits of massage, from deep relaxation to the relief of specific problems such as the classical computing neck & shoulder pain, general health improvement and clear thinking, massage can help to reconnect with ones sense of presence, of being here and now, which underlies all other experiences. For pregnant women it can be a great ally through the transformations taking place.
To respond to the needs of my patients, I do not necessarily limit a session to one particular type of treatment, but rather draw from the different techniques I have learnt.
