BSc (Hons) course in Tradition Chinese Acupuncture, Middlesex University
A new addition to Neal's Yard Remedies' Graduate Clinic scheme, Roz Kidd recently graduated from Middlesex University's esteemed BSc (Hons) course in Tradition Chinese Acupuncture where part of her training involved working alongside the Chinese Doctors involved in NHS Pain Clinics at the Whittington, North Middlesex and Royal Free Hospitals which enabled her to witness, first-hand, the incredible healing power of Acupuncture.
After 20 years in the British media as both a Film Publicist & Script Consultant, Scottish born, Roz Kidd decided to make a life-altering change to her career and future by studying the ancient art of Chinese Acupuncture. Roz had always harboured a genuine fascination for Alternative Health & Beauty, but it wasn't until she encountered a much needed treatment from a renowned English female Acupuncturist and felt suitably inspired.
Having specialised in the subject of Acupuncture alleviating Menopausal symptoms (hormonal upset/hot flushes, insomnia, anxiety/depression, fatigue, etc.) as her final year's Dissertation, Roz is able to pass this knowledge onto interested future clients. With Acupuncture's well known holistic qualities, most ailments, physical and emotional can be treated. Roz also learned how to apply Cupping and Traditional Chinese massage (Tui Na) and is able to help with general lifestyle advice too.
Roz is available at NYR Camden every Tuesday morning from 10am until 2pm
