Being a keen endurance runner I have long been aware of the benefits of massage, as well as having an interest in how the body works. I took this interest to the next level by studying for my Diploma in Swedish Massage in 2012, and I am now keen to keep on learning some of the many different massage and therapy techniques in the future. It is my aim to pass on the benefits of my massage training and treat a wide range of clients.
