Jenny qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1969. She worked in the NHS for 35 years, many spent in hospital and community settings in Herefordshire. During this time Jenny built up a wealth of experience treating people from a range of backgrounds, with a variety of health problems.
Jenny currently sees clients privately. Treatments are available at Neal's Yard Remedies Therapy rooms in Hereford. Use is also made of Reflexology and Craniosacral therapy techniques. These gentle touch therapies facilitate the body's self healing mechanisms. They are found to be relaxing, and enjoyable, integrating well with, and complimenting, standard physiotherapy skills
Whatever the presenting problem, treatment aims to address areas of pain and tension, encouraging relaxation and correct body alignment for freedom of movement. Following assessment, treatment is tailored to individuals' needs and preferences. Self-help exercise or techniques are often suggested. Jenny is currently on the WI speakers list.
