Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher
Keith comes from a broadcast engineering and project-management background. An enthusiastic interest in psychology, complementary and alternative therapies led him to some soul
searching for like minded teachers.
His path weaved through Ericksonian hypnosis, brief solution-focussed psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Reiki and counselling skills. Accomplished in Martial Arts, one of Keith's favourite lines is "one never stops learning". Since the Millennium he has been helping people utilise their own resources to find solutions to their problems. Clients are introduced to the comfortable feeling of likening hypnosis to everyday occurrences. Where appropriate, combining hypnosis with traditional Japanese Usui and Karuna Reiki® enhances the overall effect.
Keith listens with patience and understanding, selects a method from his repertoire and directs the orchestration to perform. Some of his sessions involve energetic demonstrations, teaching clients to play a new tune for themselves. This is tempered with a gentle, caring approach intent on profound outcome and change.
He has treated many conditions: smoking, weight loss, exam nerves, fears, phobias, stage fright, anxiety, panic attacks, anger management and peak performance. His more unusual work includes muscle twitching, pain control and trichotillomania. People who have benefited from relaxing sessions with Keith reside in mainland United Kingdom and Jersey, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Egypt. Keith teaches clients techniques they can use themselves, including how they can self-hypnotise! He believes there are many conditions that the wisdom
of the mind, body and spirit can control given the right tool kit.
Having a fascination with flying since childhood, his Fear of Flying programme spans many years effectively calming business and leisure travellers. Keith aims to write a book about his experiences - one day!
