As an acupuncturist I combine five element acupuncture and traditional chinese medicine to treat people of all ages, from babies and children upwards, for a wide range of conditions. In a treatment I aim to hear and see the whole patient (physical and emotional) in the context of their life, and then use acupuncture (and sometimes cupping and moxibustion) to help activate their body's own potential to correct imbalances and regain/maintain health and wellbeing. Treatments are supported by gaining greater understanding of the involvement of lifestyle (food, sleep, exercise, family, friends, work, relaxation, etc) and emotions.
