ABC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology at the London School of Reflexology, July 2010.
Pre- Conception, Pregnancy and Post Natal Reflexology Diploma from the London School of Reflexology, October 2010.
Spinal Reflexology Course at the London School of Reflexology, January 2011.
Attended part 1 of Maternity Reflexology with midwife and reflexologist Susanne Enzer, April 2011.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, the UK's professional body for reflexology and also the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, the UK regulator for complementary healthcare. I developed an interest in complementary therapies a few years ago having suffered from chronic fatigue. Having experienced the benefits of reflexology first hand, I decided to retrain as a reflexologist.
In addition to working at Neal's Yard Remedies, I am also a volunteer at Paul's Cancer Support Centre in Wandsworth and spend one afternoon a week offering reflexology to their members. More information can be found on my website nightingalereflexology.co.uk
