I am passionate about the benefits of Reflexology in all aspects of health, but especially in the area of fertility and pregnancy where I have seen amazing results.
I often incorporate the use of herbs, homoeopathy,healing and relaxation techniques to promote the best health response and always recommend a course of 6 treatments to get maximum benefit.
That said, the value of taking an hour out to rest, recharge and rebalance in a Reflexology session can never be underestimated.
After over 10 years of maternity experience, I trained as a Doula, and have successfully used Reflexology throughout two of my own home births.
