I am a holistic therapist covering a range of treatments, from firm Sports massage, complementing training and preventing injury, to a really relaxing gentle massage to soothe away the aches and strains of the day. I can use heat and ice in my treatments too and these take you down another level on relaxation scale. The heat treatment I can describe as being like melted chocolate and the ice like a natural spring water fall with all its energy and spirit.
I tailor the treatments to suit the client's needs. You might want 45mins deep massage and then 15 mins Reiki. I have been a natural healer for over 25 years. I love my job with a passion and look forward to meeting with you for your holistic treatment with me.
