Fiona Garratt MAAPA, BFRP has amassed a wealth of experience over the twelve years she has been working in complementary health. She offers a range of truly holistic therapies using certified organic and wild crafted essential and base oils. Therapies include Clinical Aromatherapy, Japanese Facial Massage, Reiki Healing, Indian Head Massage and Bach Flower Remedies.
Bespoke treatments and a range of holistic facials combined with a lifestyle review can help to optimise general health and soothe everyday stresses, maintaining the body in a balanced and relaxed state.
Fiona's philosophical approach is to combine all these healing practices, where appropriate, in order to provide a more holistic style of healthcare with a range of different disciplines, thus improving both the physical and emotional well being.
Fiona also runs an on site massage company, a therapy that is growing in demand in the business and corporate sectors.
Fiona has been awarded the Marguerite Maury Aromatherapist of the Year Award by the Aromatherapy Council.
