Be able to give a relaxing massage, concentrating on the neck, shoulders and back where we commonly hold our tension.

2010 Introduction to Massage student
The Neal's Yard Remedies Introduction to Massage course will teach you all you need to know to give a wonderful relaxing and therapeutic back, shoulder and neck massage at home. You'll learn about essential oils and how to combine them with massage to help balance the emotions as well as the body.
Massage can help alleviate muscle aches and pains, skin problems, anxiety, depression and stress as well as creating a sense of deep relaxation.
This 1-day course like all of our courses is designed to be fun as well as instructive and it's a great experience to share with a friend or partner.
