Ingredients:
Water, organic rye alcohol, elecampane.
Benefits & Usage:
Herbal tinctures are made by extracting the herbal constituents of a plant in a mixture of water and alcohol. Response to dosage is highly individual, however, a standard dosage is 1ml to 5ml diluted in water three times a day.
