Always wanting to be as fit and free from injury as possible I would often go to various modalities to get myself sorted out, never really benefiting from it or getting much relief.
Then I went to see a BSR Practitioner, this is when my body started to respond to the process. I started to become more flexible and less stiff in the mornings.
