How to use:
The two half-spheres of the stainless steel tea strainer are separated by squeezing the handles together. Fill with a herb of your choice, then release the handles. When the strainer forms a globe again ensure that no herb is caught between the two spheres. Place the strainer in a cup before filling the cup with boiling water. Infuse the herb for approximately 10 minutes stirring occasionally if required before removing the strainer.
