I became interested in Complementary Healthcare when I was diagnosed with a serious illness. Through dietary changes and regular practice of yoga and exercise, I overcame this illness. During this time I also attended courses in massage and reflexology for my own benefit!

In 1999 when my career in the Global cosmetics industry drew to a close - I decided that I really wanted to help people! I studied, obtained qualifications in a variety of Complementary Healthcare therapies and began working as a Health Therapist.

10 years later, I'm still expanding my skills and knowledge in this field and treat people from all walks of life to reduce stress, relieve pain and promote the best of health and balance!

As an example, I am currently learning The Emmett Technique: a unique body therapy created by the Australian Ross Emmett. This Technique uses the application of light pressure at particular points and in sequences that enable gentle, physical release of muscle groups. It offers an alternative treatment to ease pain and discomfort and may also benefit many other conditions.
