I love this balm! It's a one-jar wonder. I use it as a cleanser, or leave on for a really deep moisturiser (takes a while to soak in). It's great for protecting the skin from cold winds - I run a lot and this keeps my skin happy. Also protects against chlorine when swimming. I use it as a rather luxurious hand treatment at night, as a lip balm, even for nappy rash once! (It cleared up the rash in 2 hours!!). Saved my skin after a nasty case of sunburn too. Hero Product!
