Highly experienced Osteopath and Physiotherapist with 20 years in the industry, registered with the GOsC (General Osteopathic Council), BOA (British Osteopathic Association), HPC (Health professional Council) & the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapists), with qualifications in nutritional therapy, sports and natural nutrition.

Osteopathy uses the phrase "structure governs function" and one I constantly refer to in my practise, how we use and treat the body will determine how it performs in our everyday sports and activities. When we leave our youthful stage of life your body is down to you, the fitter, stronger, more mobile you are the better.

In my practise I have an initial short term plan to help reduce your pain, firstly with an assessment, the most suitable treatment followed by rehabilitation, we then discuss how and what measures we can take for a long term plan to maintain your body and health.

Currently I work and run clinics in Manchester from the Neals Yard Remedies  and Bolton Deansgate Osteopathic Clinic, I have an interest in postural issues and work related injury with also a keen interest in sports injuries,¬ currently club osteopath for Swinton judo club, Salford and the osteopath for the BJC (British Judo Council).

During my time in practise I have helped many people in fact if you name a job I've probably treated someone in it...my youngest patient is six years old and the oldest 97 years old.
