Before I used this cleanser, I was having awful problems with very rough, dry and blotchy skin. Within a couple of days after use, my skin has calmed down and feeling a lot more soft. The smell is heavenly, too - a fresh creamy lemon smell, not artificial smelling like most fruity cosmetic products. Neals Yard is my face's saviour!!
