I am an experienced Five Element and TCM acupuncture practitioner based in Covent Garden, central London. I have been in practice since 1999 and am a fully insured member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).
Acupuncture is a safe and effective treatment for a wide range of conditions focusing on the person as a whole and the root cause of the ailment as well as the symptoms. Acupuncture helps patients restore physical and emotional balance and maintain good health, both as a stand-alone therapy and alongside western medicine.
Combining Five Element Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in an integrated and complementary way gives me great flexibility as well as precision in diagnosis and treatment. It also allows me to respond sensitively to the individual needs and unique energetic nuances of every patient.
I focus on long-lasting benefits and encourage my patients to gain understanding of patterns and circumstances in their own lives, particularly emotional, dietary and lifestyle habits, and how these affect their health.
This helps patients create insight and confidence in what nourishes their vitality and what depletes it. Through this insight patients can actively participate in the healing process and deepen and maintain the effects of acupuncture.
It's very important to me that every patient feels comfortable, safe and relaxed during treatment and I use a very gentle needling technique in my practice.
