Introduction to Massage - 22nd November 2014

“This course left me feeling inspired and uplifted. Our tutor led us through the day with sensitivity, clarity and humour. I cannot recommend the course highly enough.” Introduction to Massage student

Massage can help alleviate muscle aches and pains, skin problems, anxiety, depression and stress as well as creating a sense of deep relaxation.

This 1-day course like all of our courses is designed to be fun as well as instructive and it's a great experience to share with a friend or partner.

This course aims to teach you how to give a relaxing massage, concentrating on the neck, shoulders and back where we commonly hold our tension.
