This course is unique in that it combines a practical approach to herbal remedies, growing and identifying herbs, whilst developing an understanding of their remedial uses.

Course covers:
• An introduction to the history and folklore of herbal remedies
• How to use common herbs safely and effectively to treat everyday ailments
• How to transform herbs into useful remedies in your kitchen
• Practical and hands-on teaching techniques: herbal tea tasting, making salves, tinctures and herb growing
