An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a small team of skilled individuals who manufacture our organic health and beauty products. The successful candidate will be a key member of the production management team, responsible for the effective delivery of a production plan and assisting in the development of the team and manufacturing area as it grows to meet the needs of a successful business. You must have proven experience in front line management at a Supervisor or Team Leader level and have a background in manufacturing in either the food or cosmetic sector. The core hours of work are Monday -Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm, and Friday, 8:30am-1pm, however you must have a flexible approach to working hours.
