The Senior Beauty Therapist will work within the Neal's Yard Remedies Organic Beauty Spa. The successful candidate will be supervising the day to day running of the spa, mentoring & training the other Beauty Therapists and supervising their day-to-day activities, in line with the Shop Manager's requirements and instruction.
This is an exciting opportunity to promote and expand our Spa's efficiency, productivity and profitability, to update and create new treatments and to help shape the future of our range of exclusive beauty treatments, based around our award winning natural and organic beauty products.
You must have an NVQ Level 3 and have already performed in a supervisory capacity within a Spa environment. You will perform facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, waxing and other related treatments to our clients. You will be a natural communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, have passion for our ethics and products, deliver excellent service across all of our treatments and be available to work rota'd evenings and weekends.

The Category Manager plays a key role in managing the entire Neals Yard Remedies product portfolio, creating commercial category plans that deliver product innovation, category sales growth and increased profitability. The role is responsible for close monitoring of all NYR Category (beauty, herbs and supplements) movement analysis. You will be responsible for conducting competitive market reviews including latest products, trends, ingredient, benefits, promotions, category, pricing and market movement. You will also be responsible for market research and monitoring market share. The Category Manager works as part of the NPD team to manage new product launches from concept through to launch, working with all the cross-functional teams particularly the Marketing team and all the sales channels. We are looking for someone with an excellent track record in successfully delivering NPD within the beauty industry. The successful candidate will be highly numerate and have a strong attention to detail, along with excellent communication skills. The role is based in London but will be required to visit our site in Peacemarsh, Dorset once a week.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the visual merchandising department in our London head office. As visual merchandiser you will work alongside the head of visual merchandising in delivering creative and commercial merchandising solutions across all channels of the business; company stores, franchisee’s, home selling, international & wholesale. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of the line operation in terms of output and quality and play a key role in the smooth running of the daily operation. You'll also need to ensure working practices and documentation adheres to H&S and GMP standards.
