I can compete in a tough 21 mile endurance event (e.g. the Grizzly/E2A) knowing that usually I will feel it sorely in my legs in the days after. However, since taking a hot bath with the arnica and seaweed product after the run I am AMAZED at how I no longer have those aching legs afterwards! I know it works because the times I forget to use it after having pushed my muscles hard I feel it afterwards. I know arnica is a fantastic acute remedy anyway but I never thought that taking a bath with it would have this effect - maybe I should just try taking it as a remedy to see if it works as well. I'm sure it will work the same wonders for other sports people, walkers and gardeners etc. I've had to go out and buy some more as I originally bought it for my wife! I may even get the 1L version.
