I love this cream, I have combination skin but I think that the dryness far outweighs the blemishes. This cream doesn't cause any breakouts what-so-ever, which is always the case for me. It also leaves me with a beautiful glow in the morning. I love it! I am also using the face wash and the Frankincense Serum, which is utterly amazing, so I think the combination of these has caused a radical change in my skin for the better!
