We've tried a few nappy creams but this is absolutely the best one. It cleared the nappy rash so quickly & you can see results after one single use. It is also very easy to clean and doesn't leave lumps between your precious one's cheeks! Although it looks a bit pricy, the box contains much more than the average barrier and it's worth every penny. In one word- AMAZING!
