I have practiced complementary therapies for over 7 years now with my interest stemming back to childhood. I have diplomas in Reflexology, Holistic massage and Aromatherapy. I also have a Reflexology maternity diploma to enable me to specialise in this field. Apart from Neal's Yard Remedies, I work from a health shop in Chelsea and practice at my home and do home visits. I have worked for the Macmillan Centre.
I wholeheartedly believe in Continued Professional Development and regularly attend workshops & seminars. Learning never ceases and I welcome the opportunity to carry forward my knowledge to help others. My work tailors the therapies I offer to meet the needs of the individual holistically. I try to establish the root cause with a medical/lifestlyle history, after which devising a treatment plan that will benefit.
