Having always known that I wanted to work within health and wellbeing in some form, it was a natural decision to train in and gain qualifications in holistic body and facial treatments. This came after my initial studies at Durham University, where I achieved a BSc in Psychology and through learning about the powerful effects of the mind, I became interested in its influences on the body.
Since qualifying, I have undertaken many post-graduate studies including advanced clinical massage techniques, acupressure and meridian massage, facial rejuvenation and Indian Head Massage. I also fulfilled my passion for reflexology, studying for 9 months at The Central London College of Reflexology.
Following a one-day advanced training course that provided particular focus on the importance of the abdomen during massage, I became fascinated by this often neglected area. I attended workshops in Chi Nei Tsang I vital organ massage and studied both Abdominal-Sacral Massage and Fertility Massage. Based on these techniques, I have created a treatment that incorporates various forms of acupressure, advanced massage and reflexology with the abdominal work, to ensure that you gain the greatest benefits. I have experience working with women alongside natural and assisted conception, with conditions of hormonal imbalance and with digestive complaints.
I am fortunate to have been taught by some of the very best teachers in the industry and I combine my knowledge and experience to provide bespoke, effective and enjoyable treatments. I choose only the highest quality natural, organic and ethically sourced products and luxurious oils for your very special treatments.
