I have been an avid participant and firm believer in complementary therapies for many years.  I began my training in the late nineties with the aim of helping others and encouraging myself on my own personal path.  Since then I have totally embraced it into my life and continue to train in therapies that interest and excite me.

Having studied a variety of therapies I can tailor each treatment to the clients needs so you get the most out of each session.

I frequently attend ‘Continual Professional Development' courses in order to keep up to date on all the latest practices, procedures and ethics regarding complementary health. 

In addition to my other therapies, I offer one-to-one Pilates tuition
