Vera Shah

As a qualified naturopathic nutritional therapist, I assess my clients on an individual basis to ascertain how best to combine current science and evidence-based approaches with individual lifestyles. Some health concerns benefit from food as a modifier but it is also increasingly acknowledged by scientists that there are distinct advantages to the use of supplements in conjunction with a healthy and well balanced diet and a tailored lifestyle programme.

My approach is enthusiastic, thorough and all recommendations are discussed with my clients so that achievable goals are set.  My aim is to support my clients on the path to optimal health and wellbeing.

Nutritional therapy can help people with many conditions including:

Managing the stresses of modern living
Promoting blood sugar balance and energy levels
Healthy body composition and weight management
Optimisation of fertility, immunity, gastrointestinal and thyroid function

Having spent over 25 years in various marketing roles in private business I understand the stresses, strains and pressures of modern living. I decided to make a career change and embarked on a 3-year study programme at the College of Naturopathic Nutrition in London followed by a further year acting as Clinic Supervisor mentoring other students.
