I was drawn to training in massage in 2004 as I was feeling extremely stressed from my full time job as a IT Project Manager and after a few treatments, I felt the incredible benefits. I then decided to train in massage which would enable me to pass on the benefits to others.  I qualified in Holistic Massage in 2004, and since then, I have continued to update my knowledge through other courses.

As a qualified Holistic Therapist, I enjoy treating people of all ages from all areas of the community and as such, I volunteer as a therapist at The Mulberry Centre in West Middlesex Hospital which specializes in treatment for cancer patients and the people who look after them.  The treatments are carried out on patients who are at various stages of their cancer and who have different forms of cancer so you need to be able to adapt the treatment depending on the client's needs, be supportive, listen carefully and work with the client so that they gain full benefit from the treatment offered.

I have recently completed ITEC Diploma in Reflexology and plan to do further training and development of the therapies I currently provide.  My massage techniques also include Reiki and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

I am a full member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) and I fully abide by the Code of Ethics and Professional Practice guidelines in order to achieve excellence in professional conduct and practice.

In addition to the above I also run my own Therapy Practice called Celtic Therapy on a part-time basis and am looking to expand it in the coming years.
