I've been working for over twelve years to help people change their health and improve their wellbeing, and it's been a delight for me to help folk of all ages, with all manner of problems during this time. Having worked in the bustle of London and the wildness of the Highlands, I've seen a wide range of issues that I've been able to help.

I began my therapeutic career in Acupuncture and Oriental Herbs, and added Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching later to help my clients and patients get to where they want to be more quickly. I draw on the skills and knowledge from all disciplines to bring a seamless and cohesive way of working to bring people the results they want. I have a very practical and down-to-earth approach and I'd be delighted to tell you more during a free assessment consultation, or by directing you to my website www.graceful-change.co.uk

Historically, I graduated from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and later returned to assist with clinical teaching. I always wanted to be a general practitioner with an open door for all and this generalist approach, led me to continue my post-graduate studies in a wide variety of disciplines - here and in China: gynaecology/fertility, paediatrics, menopausal complaints, skin conditions, gastrointestinal problems, respiratory difficulties, and a wide range of miscellaneous physical and emotional complaints.

Later, at the Quest Institute in London, I studied Cognitive Hypnotherapy and ‘Project You' Life Coaching which combined Evolutionary Psychology, Positive Psychology, Cognitive theory and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). The aim of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching is to bring about positive solutions and benefits to problems that have their origin in the mind. Sessions are gently powerful, fun and effective, and are unique to you. For more information please do book a free assessment consultation or go to www.graceful-change.co.uk
