How to use: 
Light a stick and let the incense permeate the room. Alternatively grind a stick into a fine powder and mix into a teaspoon of a base massage oil for a warming and soothing massage oil.

Adhatoda vasica, Amomum subulatum, Aquilaria agallocha, Aquilaria agallocha (outer bark), Bambusa textilis, Carthamus tinctorius, Chrysanthemum tatsiense, Cinamomum cecidodaphne, Commiphora mukul, Elettaria cardamomum, Emblica officinalis, Eugenia caryophyllata, Hedychium spicatum, Inula racemosa, Meconopsis horidula, Melia composita, Mesua ferrea, Myristica fragrans, Picrorhiza kurroa, Pterocarpus santalinus, Pulicaria insignis, Punica granatum, Rubus idaeopsis, Santalum album, Saussurea lappa, Shorea robusta, Solms-Laubachis sp., Swertia chirata, Terminalia belerica, Terminalia chebula, Tinospora cordifolia. These ingredients are glued together with the bark of the Jigat tree.
