Tanya qualified in 2001 with a first class honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine. She is a fully registered member of the General Osteopathic Council.
Tanya gained valuable experience treating pregnant and postnatal women, babies and children whilst working at the well-known Osteopathic Centre for Children.
Tanya feels that many conditions can be linked to lifestyle factors and can give advice on exercise, ergonomics, diet, posture and relaxation techniques.
Common conditions that Tanya can help with include back and neck pain, headaches, whiplash, sciatica, joint and muscle pain. For children, treatment is often helpful with colic, reflux, ear infections, teething, constipation, asthma and eczema. Osteopathy is a gentle and effective way of relieving symptoms of pain, stiffness and tension and it also improves the underlying health of your body. It can benefit anyone from newborns through to the elderly.
