After almost 10 years of working in the City, I became tired of all the office politics and fed up of working towards earning share dividends for the chief executives.  After firsthand experience of the benefits of massage, I felt it was something I could do myself.  In 2004, I retrained as a Holistic Massage practitioner, whilst still in full time work, although it was tough juggling the two!

I am passionate about on-going learning and increasing my knowledge, I have since gained a diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage, which has enabled me to treat a wide range of people from different backgrounds and with different conditions.

I now use my skills to alleviate pain, increase mobility, relieve anxiety and induce relaxation.  I also incorporate stretches to help re-align the body.  I work with people to increase their awareness of any postural problems or musculo-skeletal weaknesses in their body.  I try to not just alleviate the pain and discomfort of existing problems but also to prevent their reccurrence.
