Experience
I studied Aromatherapy with Robert Tisserand at the Tisserand Institute and qualified in 1990 with a diploma in Holistic Aromatherapy. As well as seeing private clients I worked for 8 years as an aromatherapist at PALACE, a centre for children with disabilities in London. I also worked at a centre for women recovering from alcohol dependence. I continued working as part of a team with families of children with life-threatening illnesses at Ronald McDonald House in California. Throughout this time I gave talks and ran workshops. Reflexology was a natural step in expanding my interest in complementary therapies and I studied with David Wayte at Jubilee College, qualifying in 2010 with a Practitioner's Diploma in Reflexology. I continue to learn new techniques and skills within this field.

Personal Comment
My interest in the human body began whilst studying for my degree in Fine Art at the Royal Academy Schools.I was always drawn to anatomy and life drawing and this led to an increasing interest in the physiology of the body. An interest in herbal medicine and eastern modalities grew steadily along side this and eventually led to the study of aromatherapy and reflexology.I have found Reflexology can be a gentle, but powerful tool to help the body heal itself on a physical, mental and emotional level.
