Sara Southgate

Sara began working with natural remedies in 1999 when she had ME. She changed her diet and lifestyle, and used natural remedies, experiencing their power firsthand. Then she retrained as a naturopath, qualifying in 2002, and then in 2003 with distinction in herbal medicine.

A prescription from Sara is unique to each individual and takes into account their symptoms, family history and constitution. It may include herbal medicine, eating strategies, food supplements or relaxation techniques. To help her make the right treatment choices Sara uses iridology and Chinese tongue diagnosis alongside other standard medical tests.
