Rowena Paxton

 
 

Rowena Paxton trained with the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and graduated in September 1999.  

As a therapist Rowena has several areas of particular interest: sports nutrition, working with athletics clubs and elite athletes; fertility as a Foresight practitioner; and chronic fatigue working with Wiltshire NHS team for chronic fatigue support. In clinic she has had a great deal of experience treating clients with IBS and other digestive conditions. Outside her clinical work, Rowena has worked with The Food Doctor as consultant and researcher, collaborating on 5 Food Doctor books; she tutors for Premier International's nutritional therapy course and teaches on the Neal's Yard Remedies Nutrition for Wellbeing courses.

Rowena is a Member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy.
